Online Registration Instructions

You will be routed to our online registration site, Club Automation, when you click on the ‘Register’ button.

EXISTING CUSTOMER account set up:

  • All existing customers will already have an account in our system. DO NOT SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT. Click on 'Forgot My Password' to create a new password. Note: Enter the email address you originally gave our office. After clicking on ‘Submit’ an email will be sent to your inbox, with a link to set your password. If you do not remember the email address associated with your account, please email us at natc.desk@yahoo.com

    NEW CUSTOMER account set up:

  • If this is your first time at our tennis center, please Click on ‘Access My Account’ and fill in your info under the ‘Create your Account’ section

    *AFTER ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT A CLINIC and REGISTER & PAY FOR YOUR NAME TO APPEAR ON OUR CLASS ROSTER*

Weather Policy and Updates:

- The office will contact you via Remind and email if a class is cancelled. We kindly ask that you please DO NOT call the office to ask us if a class is happening, we will contact you ONLY IF the class is CANCELLED.

- When it comes to determining if we will cancel a class, the EARLIEST we can do this is an hour before the class starts. We try our best to make a determination no later then HALF AN HOUR before the class starts. However, we cannot control if pop-ups happen right before the clinic starts, in which case we cancel when class starts. 

- We do allow make-ups for rain-outs if the clinic was completely cancelled or less than 75% of the clinic happened. We will not schedule make-ups the day of the cancellation, you may contact the office to schedule those as soon as the next business day. 

Join our Remind!

We have now added a Remind account. The Remind app is a tool that allows communication via text or the app. This is completely optional to use and free of charge. The app only allows the NATC Desk to send push notifications via text or the app. You cannot contact the office via the app. This will ONLY be used to send out weather alerts, like cancelling clinic due to rain. You will still receive emails from  natc.desk@yahoo.com  whether or not you choose to sign up for Remind.

  • Go to rmd.at/natcalerts and follow the instructions to register for push notifications
